Congratulations to 8th grader, Jaxon Garringer, on being nominated by Mrs. Keylon for the WonderWorks Future Scientist Award. This award is designed to recognize students who exhibit a passion for the sciences and aspire to change the world through their innovative spirit. Jaxon received a certificate of nomination, a free ticket to WonderWorks, and an invitation to a live webinar with a military aviation veteran.

Calhoun’s Super Attendance Heroes for January are Anna Ricker, Kain Bosdell, Owen Davis, and Jordy Davis. These students display outstanding commitment to school attendance.
Mrs. Burnsed’s class won the Super Class Hero Award! With 14 chances in the drawing, they were able to secure the winning prize of their own pizza party! Congratulations!
